2026 NEYO MUSIC BINGO FOR KIDS - GROUP TABLE FORM
Every child seated at a GROUP TABLE must have this form filled out by a parent or guardian by 11/10

Code of Conduct:

  • All kids are expected to stay at St. Joseph’s Hall for the entire duration of the event unless they are picked up by a parent/guardian. No one may self dismiss prior to 8:30pm.

  • Be responsible.

  • Child must be in grades 4-8 to attend. No exceptions

  • Clean up after yourself

  • If you see or hear something that feels unsafe, say something to an adult.

  • Be respectful.

  • Avoid teasing and talking about other kids at the event.

  • Follow adult requests/directions.

  • Cell phones are allowed. Before posting anything anywhere, ask yourself: Is it kind? Is it necessary?
